At Arizona Sexual Empowerment and Counseling services we often work with couples and other types of intimate constellations on topics as varied as open relationships, infidelity, compulsive sexual behavior, differences in sexual desire, gender identity and orientation exploration, and many other.

Our services start with an intake session to get to know you and your partner(s) and develop an understanding of your relationship dynamics. We then tailor the counseling process to meet your needs, sometimes including weaving in individual sessions in addition to couples work. We offer sessions as often as weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly depending on your needs and the recommendations of your therapist.

We understand that finding a therapist is a deeply personal process, and we are happy to offer complimentary 15 minute phone consultations if you prefer to speak with a therapist and ensure that you’re comfortable prior to scheduling.
